Project
Cardiovascular diseases remain a major global health challenge, and cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) imaging plays a crucial role in diagnosis and risk assessment. However, CMR analysis remains time-consuming and highly dependent on expert interpretation, limiting its efficiency and reproducibility.
SPOT-Cardio is an AI-powered imaging analysis software designed to automate CMR post-processing. Based on the innovative SPOT imaging technology, combining bright-blood (BR-LGE) and black-blood (BL-LGE) late gadolinium enhancement imaging, SPOT-Cardio enables fast, accurate, and quantitative assessment of cardiac structures and myocardial scars through an intuitive one-click workflow, reducing manual workload and supporting standardized cardiovascular assessment.
Key Functions
Three main toolboxes
Auto segmentation
SPOT-Cardio automatically segments cardiac structures, including the left ventricular (LV) myocardium, using advanced deep learning models.
This automated segmentation provides accurate anatomical contours, enabling standardized and reproducible downstream analysis of myocardial tissue characteristics.
Key benefits:
- Automatic LV myocardium segmentation
- Reduced manual contouring workload
- Consistent and reproducible anatomical assessment
T1Rho mapping
Cine segmentation
